Abundant Microgreens is a small farm owned and operated by George and Kasey Carradini out of Tulsa Oklahoma. George started farming microgreens in 2017 once learning about them researching urban farming. They have a fully climate controlled indoor greenhouse that produces a wide variety of micro greens. In 2018 they became members of the Tulsa farmers market, and they can also be found at the Rose District farmers market in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. They have a complete online store updated regularly with their latest crops they also deliver to Tulsa in the surrounding areas. You can find their delectable, nutrient dense micro greens served in dishes from Bluemoon, Boston Tile, Farm Bar, Cardinal Club and the Pollo Grill.
